What is the First Citizens Rewards® program?

The First Citizens Rewards program allows you to earn rewards, simply by using your First Citizens credit card to make purchases. Rewards are redeemable for a variety of redemption options, ranging from cash back, gift cards, travel and merchandise.

How can I access my First Citizens Rewards account?

For customers with access to First Citizens Digital Banking:

     * Log in to Digital Banking from firstcitizens.com to view your credit card account details, including your rewards balance.
          1) Choose your credit card account
          2) Select the "Details & Settings" tab
          3) Click the rewards balance link under the "Access Rewards" header to be connected directly to the rewards website.

     From there, you can make redemptions and manage your rewards account without a second log in.

For customers without access to First Citizens Digital Banking:

     * If you are already registered for this rewards program website, click on the "LOG IN" button above. Otherwise, click the "REGISTER NOW" button above to self-register for online access. You may select your own User ID and Password, which will be used as your log in credentials when accessing the rewards program website at firstcitizensrewards.com.

Can redemptions be made by phone?

Yes, redemptions can be made by calling the First Citizens Rewards Center at 1-866-645-1694 Monday through Saturday 8 am - 9 pm and Sunday 8 am - 6 pm Eastern Standard Time. Only the Primary cardholder (consumer) or the rewards admin / authorized redeemer (business) will be permitted to redeem.

Who can access a business rewards account?

At account opening, a rewards admin (cardholder) is assigned; this is the only person with administrative rights to the rewards account. The rewards admin will be able to establish log in credentials for the rewards website, make redemptions (both online and by calling the First Citizens Rewards Center), and assign authorized redeemers.

What is an authorized redeemer?

The rewards admin can assign others within the business (both cardholders and non-cardholders) to be authorized redeemers and make redemptions on behalf of the company. You may only select your authorized redeemers online under your Account Preferences section. Authorized redeemers that are non-cardholders will only be permitted to make redemptions by phone via the First Citizens Rewards Center.
